As a collaboration with a wood fabricator and a branding agency, the concept was to implement vinyl letters, logos, graphics, and solid color vinyl adhesive to wrap fabricated MDF and wooden panels for their trade show booths at CES.
CRESCENT HEIGHTS- 10000 Santa Monica Blvd
Ten Thousand is Los Angeles' most groundbreaking residential building in city history. We incorporated translucent window graphics to give the windows a lightbox effect at night. In addition, we added lit billboards that increased web and walk-in traffic by 300%.
70 Pine Street
At 70 Pine, downtown NYC’s tallest rental building, we created a marketing experience with plexi graphics hung from the ceiling, window and lightbox graphics, and custom fabrication of logo and a sidewalk stand. We also printed and die cut marketing books and individual floor plans for each line in the building. Frosted windows were put on the gym windows to allow privacy for the residents during their exercise. Their partner, Q&A Hotel, has an office that received window lettering and a stanchion sign.
Winick Realty marketed a space at 1441 Broadway and needed quick turnaround for marketing solutions. Unique Visuals implemented window graphics, a barricade banner, and billboard sign with reflective letters to work off of the overhead lights.
Moinian Group is an owner and developer who wanted to decorate a building under renovation on 60 Madison Ave. Our solutions for the building included a construction wall wrap on vinyl banner material, as well as an adhesive wall graphic in a space they will use as a sales gallery. .
401 Park Ave South
In conjunction with a top branding and marketing agency, the objective was to implement a marketing suite at 401 Park Avenue South to market the rebranding of the building. Solutions for the building included adhesive wall graphics, floor graphics to conceptualize space usage, a video wall, and edge light displays for images and floor plans.
